Rural Women's Business Coach | Free 30-minute call

For rural women in Australia and New Zealand

Want to earn money from your rural property but don't know where to start?

I help rural women turn their property, skills and ideas into a business that brings in income.

From animal experiences to retreats and accommodation, we'll work out what to offer, what to charge and how to get bookings.

Free 30 minutes on Zoom. I read every answer before we talk.

Before we get started

This call is for women who own or have access to a rural property and are serious about creating income. Your call is free. My coaching program is paid, and there's no obligation to continue.

What happens on the call

30 minutes. Here's how it runs.

What we cover

Your property, your animals, your skills and your experience. What you've thought about doing, and what has stopped you so far.

What you walk away with

A fresh view of what you have to work with. That might be a new income opportunity you hadn't considered, or a much clearer path for an idea you already have. If my program is a fit, I'll explain exactly how it works.

What I ask of you

Find a quiet spot, make a cuppa and come as you are. That half hour is just for you.

Before you book

Who it's for, and who it isn't.

Book if

  • ✓  You own or have access to a rural property, acreage, animals or other assets that aren't earning what they could

  • ✓  You have ideas but don't know which ones are viable, or you have no idea where to start

  • ✓  You have skills and life experience you suspect are worth more than you're giving them credit for

  • ✓  You want an income that fits around the life you already have

  • ✓  You're ready to start now and prepared to invest in coaching

Don't book if

  • ✕  You're after free advice with no intention of taking it further

  • ✕  You want a guaranteed income or a get-rich-quick scheme

  • ✕  You're looking for someone to build the business for you

  • ✕  You're not in a position to invest in yourself right now

How it works

Three steps, then we talk.

1.  Answer a few quick questions

About two minutes. It tells me about you and your property before we talk, so the call is about you from the first minute.

2.  Pick your time

Choose a time at least 24 hours ahead that you can keep free.

3.  Join me on Zoom

You'll get an email reminder the day before with your Zoom link. Then I'll see you there.

Who you'll be talking to

It's me on the call.

I'm Kerri McCabe. I live on Riverdance, our 98-acre property on the Wallamba River at Nabiac, on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

I've built every income stream on this property myself, from farm stays and weddings to retreats and equine-assisted learning. I've set each one up, priced it, taken the bookings and done the marketing. None of it needed more land. It needed me to look at what we already had in a different way.

That's the practical help I bring to you: working out which opportunity suits your property and your life, what it could realistically earn, and the steps to get it running. So many rural women are sitting on real opportunities without realising it: a few acres, a garden, horses, a shed, a cottage, a skill they take for granted.

Behind that sits a background in business, and I'm also a Master Neuro Transformation Practitioner, therapist and coach, and a licensed Horses Helping Humans facilitator. It's all brought together in the Riverdance Property Opportunity Blueprint™.

Property: Riverdance, 98 acres
Location: Wallamba River, Nabiac NSW
Income streams: Farm stays, weddings, photoshoots, equine-assisted learning, retreats
Works with: Women across Australia and New Zealand

See the opportunity. Build the business.

On Riverdance

The same 98 acres, earning in different ways.

None of these needed more land. Each one started with something the property already had: a riverbank, a lawn, a cottage, a few horses and ponies.

Equine-assisted learning for women · Pony experiences for kids · Maternity photoshoots · Farm-stay cottage on Airbnb and Hipcamp · Babymoon stays with a river view · Paddling the Wallamba River · Evening celebrations under the gums · Elopements and intimate weddings · Sound baths on the lawn

Before you ask

Questions women ask me

What does it cost?

The call is free. The coaching program is paid: it's a four-week private program, one to one with me. We only talk about the details if it's the right fit.

Is this just a sales call?

No. It's a real conversation about your property and what you'd like to create. If my program is a good fit, I'll tell you about it. If it isn't, you'll still leave with ideas you can use.

I'm not a business person. Can I still do this?

Yes. Most women I work with aren't. That's what we work through together: what to offer, what to charge and how to get bookings, one step at a time.

I don't have a business idea. Is that a problem?

No. That's exactly what this is for. Most women I work with don't start with an idea. We find the opportunity first, then build the plan.

Is my property big enough?

It's rarely about size. A couple of acres, a spare cottage, a shed or a garden can be enough. What matters is what you have and what you can do with it.

How much time does the program take?

Four weeks, with four one-to-one Zoom calls and support in between. It's designed to fit around property and family life.

I'm not in New South Wales. Can I still work with you?

Yes. Everything is online, and I work with women across Australia and New Zealand.
